Gary & Carmen are my ultimate wingmen. I would not be where I am today without their support and backing and kindness and ability to inspire my mind. My dream was massive. It was this big sort of unrealistic dream that I thought, well, maybe, I’d achieve in 30 years’ time. And what I’ve realized is that I actually live in my dream.I drive the car that I want. I have a beautiful home. I have an amazing business. I work with people that are so grateful to be a part of my company, but also to contribute to our industry the way that we do, I really have managed to achieve it all. And I never had to change anything except my perception.

“Gary’s whole philosophy is, outperforming those extraordinary targets. In the first month, I started to see improvement in leadership styles. Gary has a unique technique. We were at the stage of closing a plant, and that would’ve meant teh loss of some three hundred jobs, we managed to turn that operation around and bring it into competitive levels of cost efficiency and quality. Gary will attack the problem from many different angles until he finds a solution. His programs are excellent. The only people I would not recommend Gary to, are competitors!”

From a small local business to an international company…the results we're achieving is testament to them. When I started with them, I was a South African based, company. Now I’ve now worked in 11 countries with over a hundred different hotel groups. We were voted as the No 1 green technology company in the Indian ocean islands, and we’ve actually won this award now for four years in a row, and that wouldn’t have been possible without being involved with Gary and Carmen. That transformation, the impact that they had, I think speaks for itself.
